I've been teaching movement in Minneapolis since 2005. My journey started with kettlebells and cardio training. I had no idea it would evolve into a practice that would change my life.
I fell in love with yoga. I found that through learning about my body I gained perspective on the rest of my life. Through learning new skills and challenging myself to grow physically and mentally I gained confidence and a hunger to understand more.
My drive to learn lead me to calisthenics, martial arts, hand balancing, and dance. I've traveled the globe to study under a wide range of teachers. Each experience has changed my movement practice and the way I share it with others.
The Mixed Movement Method is a practice that grows and evolves, just like we do. Learning new things everyday is what life is all about.
